    Hi Nik,

Ubuntu 9.10 support is not a top priority since 8.04 is still LTS, the next major version will be 10.04, again a LTS version. We're focusing on server-proofen distributions. However, our community builds depend on what the OpenSUSE buildservice provides. Guess we're going to support 9.10 soon, but no fixed date on this.

    Greetings

    hi,

ya, i used that list afterwards - and it worked
that errors came from apt-get install open-xchange*

how about 9.10 support? planned for the close future?

    greets, Nik

    Hi,

this has nothing to do with Ubuntu, you're trying to install packages that conflict with each other. Please use the list of packages provided at the wiki guides.

    Greetings

i just used a untouched 9.04 ubuntu install. when trying to install ox, it tells:

    Code:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
open-xchange-authentication-database: Conflicts: open-xchange-authentication-ldap but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
open-xchange-authentication-imap: Conflicts: open-xchange-authentication-database but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
Conflicts: open-xchange-authentication-ldap but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
open-xchange-authentication-ldap: Conflicts: open-xchange-authentication-database but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
open-xchange-spamhandler-default: Conflicts: open-xchange-spamhandler-spamassassin but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
open-xchange-spamhandler-spamassassin: Conflicts: open-xchange-spamhandler-default but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
open-xchange-xerces-ibm: Depends: ibm-j2re1.5 but it is not installable or
ibm-j2sdk1.5 but it is not installable
Conflicts: open-xchange-xerces-sun but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
open-xchange-xerces-sun: Conflicts: open-xchange-xerces-ibm but 6.12.0.0-4 is to be installed
    E: Broken packages
so somehow even 9.04 is not working out of the box.

    greets, Niktator

    hi there,

would be really cool to get some 9.10 rep.
right now, it dies on dependencies. even with manual interactions, ignoring the dependencies it does not work out ;(
