oxinstaller missing

Hi,

the following repositories are mentioned in the installation guide on the wiki. Did you checked out them all?

the installer is contained in the CVS, did you really checked out all required repostitories?

after completing the installation as described in: http://typo3.open-xchange.com/wiki/i...e_Installation
without any errors, I'm stuck at section "IV.3. Open-Xchange Database" , because the install script
/opt/open-xchange/sbin/oxinstaller is not there?

This might be a stupid question, but why is the oxinsatller missing or where do I get it?

the system is a fresh debian etch (i386) install.
