Time zone bug calendar sync

Events created in Thunderbird at moment of syncing with OXchange, synchronization increases or decreases n hours the hour of the event depending on the time zone .(GMT +/- n)

This happen only in MS Windows (XP and 7) with Thunderbird 3.1 and oxtender 1.7.0.0.

This NOT happen in Fedora and Ubuntu.

Sounds like this is related to the client setting. Do both client have set the correct time zone and DST offset?

The only way that sincyng don't change the event time is when i set GMT +0 (not my time zone).
