Open-Xchange is pleased to announce the release of OX Mail app v1.4.0. This release focuses on design and end-user usability enhancements which improve the day to day user experience significantly.

New in version v1.4.0
- Notification Settings: Users can now turn Push Notifications on or off directly from the settings page
- Users can now skip the guide in the setup wizard
- Notification Settings: Users can now choose if the app vibrates when a Push Notification arrives (OX Mail app for Android only)
- Notification Settings: Users can now choose if the app plays the standard notification sound when a Push Notification arrives (OX Mail app for Android only)
- Notification Settings: Users can now choose a color for the notification light on their device, which will blink when a Push Message arrives. The notification light can also be turned on or off. (OX Mail app for Android only, depends on device hardware)
- Android users without any lock-screen PIN will now receive a recommendation to add a PIN to secure their user data on their device
