Easylogin - Error Management

dear support,
i use easylogin now for a while and it works verry well for us.
since last update i have a new problem with it.

if the login-credentials are incorrect i can see a message 'rien ne va plus' on a blank page. i'm not able to handle errors at the moment.

as i can see in properties-file there exists a new line, where i can set a error-file, but with no results.

anyone know this problem or has a tip for me?
