Calendars with the same name problem

Using OX6SE 6.16 seems there is no way two users can create a private folder (calendar) with the same name. Example:
user1: OldCalendar
user2: OldCalendar

I can create it below main Calendar, but not at the same level.

Is this a bug? Normal?
