Sync mailbox imap with iPhone

Yep. thats a known issue. You can solve it by moving the folders below "Inbox". Thanks for reporting!

This is the tree of my mailbox in OX:

E-Mail
- Inbox
-- zenoss_monitor
- Drafts
- Sent
- Spam
- Trash
- Posta indesiderata
- Sent Items
- test
- test2

With my iPhone, after the sync, i see only the folder "zenoss_monitor" because "zenoss_monitor" is a subfolder of Inbox.
Another folders (example: test1,test2) isn't subfolders of Inbox then i don't see these folders with my iPhone! This is the problem!

hi guess you mean it is not possible to sync shared folders (outside of inbox). As martine said, inbox and subfolders works very well on iphone.

Hi Frederico,

this should work flawlessly with an iPhone. Don't you have any arrow pointing to the left at the top of the mailbox? How are the mail folders organized at the OX web gui, are the one level "below" INBOX or at the same level?

Can I synchronize all folders in my mailbox on the IMAP server with an iPhone?
Right now, i can synchronize the folders in INBOX, but not the folders that are outside the inbox.

Is it a problem or a limit?
