sieve gui gone after installing latest update

hi there,

after installing the latest ox hotfix (OXHE v6.16.1 Rev 8 (built 2010-06-10/11/14)), the sieve-filter-module in ox gui isn't shown up anymore. The filter itself is still working. But users aren't able to change their settings.

We didn't change any of the configuration files during the installation. And everthing else seems to be working fine.
