vacation filter option missed

Hi,
we are working with the 6.16.1 Rev3 version, and in the E-mail filter configuration tab
only offer 5 actions options (keep,discard,redirect,move and reject) but the other
3 that must be there like vacation, stop and addflags don't appear, why??

• Vacation notices have their own configuration page.
• Stop is a checkbox below the "add action" button.
• Adding flags is represented by the last 3 of the 8 action options. Which options are available is determined by the capabilities of the SIEVE implementation.
