    Active Sync Errors

    Hi,

    I'm having issues with Active Sync in a server running OX 6.16.1 rev8.
    I'm using AstraSync to simulate Active sync in a Blackberry 9000.
    When I try to sync folders I get an error in the device "error cr: error 11 syncing folders."

    On the server side, I see this error

    SQL error while retrieving persistent data from DB

    Hi,

    it seems like the database has not been updated correctly. Prior to 6.16 some manual interaction was required:

    Has the system been set up recently or has it been updated? Please check if the open-xchange-usm and open-xchange-eas packages are installed.

      This system was updated from version 6.14 to 6.16.

      When we tried to run the commands that were recommended in that thread, here's what we received back:

      Is there any special step that we need to follow in order to update active sync and that might not be documented in the mobility installation guideline (http://oxpedia.org/index.php?title=O...lation_Guide)?

        Well, the update process should run smoothly after 6.16. Could it be that some packages have not been updated? Please post a list of all installed OX packages.

            Hi,

            please check if there are any Server/Sync updates available, latest versions are
            EAS: 6.16.1.0-5
            USM: 6.16.1.0-4

            If that does not help, please contact the support to dig deeper at the issue.
