    OX 6.18 signatur

    Hello!

After an update to OX 6.18 we have problems with the signature.
When i try to write a new e-mail, the signature is not available. When i click to the signature, then comes the signature.

When i reply a email the default signature is available.

As default the signature is enabled.
    Is this a bug?

    best regards

    Christian

    Hi Christian,

you're right - this seems to be a bug. Signatures marked as "default" should be added when opening the window. See: https://bugs.open-xchange.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16801

    Thanks for reporting!

      hello martin,
is there a chance to fix that in a short term (patch)? It is a "every day annoying" bug(!)

            hello martin,
got the answer: "this is a known bug. OX is working bla bla".

It seems there is no possibility to get a quick fix for that :-(

            regards

What is bad if we're already working on resolving it? Next releases are planned very soon so you don't have to wait long. If its a show stopper for your daily business, you could request a personal temporary fix (PTF).
