I haven't checked for others but SEP has a solution for OX6 since you specifically asked for that.

We are using backuppc for everyday backups. As well as complete snapshots of the ox vm instance. You can use mysqldump to dump the ox mysql databases into a simple file. These files are "backupable" by backuppc
