Server Edition (OX SE)4UCS

Hi,

I found in the pricelist the Open Xchange Server Edition (OX SE)4UCS - is this just the Server Edtion with the UCS. So I have the Univention Directory Manager (UDM) and the Univention Management Console (UMC)?
I found this version only in the pricelist? Where could I find more information about this?
