subscribable Folders not available

Hi to all,

since the Update to OX-Version 6.18.1 Rev6 both lists of subscribable and subscribed folders is truncated with the Webinterface. Please note: the mechanism of subscribing is working, but I can not see all subscribable folders, only a few folders. The same thing I can see in subscibed folders: I can only see a few, not all subscribed folders.
When I am using an other Mailclient, i.e. Thunderbird, all missed folders are available.

Our IMAP-Server is Cyrus 2.2.3 on a SLES 9.

What can I do? Maybe there is a denied Character in a Foldername?

Hi,

can you check what kind of folders are missing? Perhaps only those who are shared to a group or something like that? Guess it would make sense to open a support ticket for that.

Hello Martin,

I have been slightly confused by my managementtool, but now it's clear: you are right. All folders where my rights are defined with group-ACLs are missing. I will open a support ticket for that.

Hi,

the Bugzilla ID is 17364, but since that bug contains sensitive customer data its not public. The fix is contained with 6.18.1-rev8 which has been released just today.
