    Error creating Taks

    Hi,

    i get some strange error message while trying to create a task:

    "Table sequence_task contains no row for context 1"

    The task cannot be created. This error seems to appear since the update to version 6.18.2 Rev16 ( 2011-01-18 17:07:11 )

    Hi Jürgen,

    please check the open-xchange logfile at the server. There must be some entry for the specific error. This detailed error message greatly helps finding the issue. When updating, please make sure that the database update tasks are executed correctly and all OX packages are updated to the same minor version number.

      thanks for the reply. The database update scripts ran fine during the update. The packages seem to be all at the same major and minor version. In the logs I see the following entries when the error is triggered:

        thanks for the information, do you only get this for tasks? Whats about appointments and contacts?

          Hi Martin,

          I only get this during task creation. Appointments, contacts, emails and email-lists are created without any errors.

            Hi,

            after updating to Version : 6.18.2 Rev19 ( 2011-02-03 13:19:23 ) the error is still there.
