Spellchecker and 6.20.0 Rev5

Afer upgrading to 6.20.0 (Rev 3 and Rev 5) the spellechecker is not working anymore.
I've checked installation and everything seems to be right.

Installlation:

404 Not Found

Anyone with the same problem?
