createuser CSV-Import / Umstieg von OX CE auf OX SE

Hello,
i'm trying to use a csv to create all my users to our new OX 6.20.
I get the error message:

Failed to create user "userxyz" in context 1: com.openexchange.admin.rmi.exceptions.InvalidCrede ntialsException: Authentication failed

I could not find the right column name for the admin name and password so i tried A and P, like in the ctl.

Any idea?
