OXtender-2 not sincronize all mail folders of my primary account

Hi,

I have a primary mail account with many folders (100 folder&subfolders). With the old Outlook OXtender I configure this primary mail account directly by imap, and it works fine. Now I try use OXtender-2 in Outlook-2003-2007-2010, and see empty or incomplete some folders of my primary account... I think that OXtender-2 not sincronize the very-old mails...

I must configure something to force sincronize all mails folders completly?

Hi Joan,

per default, only mails of the last 365 days are synchronized. Check out usm_json.properties.

Fine!, It works OK!, I modify to 3650 days.

I have other question: Is is possible show the mail folder structure in my Outlook+OXtender2 like a OX classical view?

Hi Joan,

i'm not sure how the Outlook folder hierarchy can be modified - but thats purely a client thing and not related to what OLOX2 does. If it works without OLOX2, it also will when having it installed. Btw. we had to implement a Outlook-style folder tree in order to support Outlook natively so i guess mapping the old OX-style tree will not work for the client.
