mobile business push emails is not working

hi,
push for emails is not working here. We use as current version:

GUI Version: 6.20.0 Rev8
Server Version: 6.20.0-Rev8
iPhone

Is there something we have to configure on OX? On iPhone we have set up "push" as sync methode. It seems, that it is working for contacts and calendar, because an update in web-gui is immediately available on iphone, but not emails.

In general push seems working - for an gmail account on the same iphone for example.

Any suggestions? Where can we check if push is working (logfiles, what kind of information should we are looking for?)

Hi,

to get real quick E-Mail push to work, your E-Mail backend needs to be able to tell OX when a new mail arrives. This can either be done by a custom enhancement to the IMAP Server (open-xchange-push-mailnotify), by polling the IMAP server (open-xchange-push-malpoll) or by using IMAP IDLE (open-xchange-push-imapidle).
