Hide some search options from box

Hi, I'm using OX 6.20 is there a way to hide/disable some options from the search box?

For example the "Cc" and "To" field?

Hi,

these options cannot be configured. Even if they are hidden at the GUI, the API still allows such search operations. So a hidden field at the UI would be cosmetically but won't keep a user from searching these fields.

Yes, I know that the changes would be only cosmetical. Is there a way to manage this?
