OXtender for Plesk Problems

Hi All,

Having an issue getting OXtender for Plesk Panel. I've installed all the requisites for the OXtender according to the instructions here:

When attempting to add the server from within the Plesk panel I'm getting the error:

Warning: Unable to connect to the OX server. Correct the information bellow and try again.

When examining the logs at /var/log/httpd/ I find the following error messages:

[Mon Aug 13 16:03:26 2012] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] File does not exist: /var/www/html/servlet

I've browsed to that location and don't see that folder. Can anyone help with this?

Hi Mike, seems your webserver config is broken.

Since you are an evaluating customer please contact your account manager you got the trial license from - he will bring you in contact with the presales team.
