New Admin :: Lost with a lot of documentation :: First steep

I'm new user. User System Admin for OpenXchange.
I'm lost with documentation, and first steps for setup and initial work.

On first access with oxadmin get a first error

- Installed ox without license /opt/open-xchange/sbin/oxinstaller --no-license.
- Installed languages but not see on oxadmin interface (installed with apt-get install open-xchange-gui-l10n-es-es open-xchange-gui-l10n-ca-es open-xchange-l10n-es-es open-xchange-l10n-ca-es) On doc I see i need activate
Questions
- How to change no-license for license key?
- How to activate languages?
- There're oxadmin, oxadminmaster but i don't see what are theirs work activities.
- Where a little guide for initial steps for config oxchange for some domains and some users?
