Is there a way to reset ALL server-side data referring to a specific USM EAS deviceId?

Some (Android) devices have stopped syncing. Recreating the same account on a different device completes synchronization, so probably the user data is not corrupted. Unfortunately there's no way to change the deviceId on the device that is stuck, so my original question: is there a tool or a way directly on the DB to clean all the history of a USM session?
