What means this exactly AFTER 1 year?

One-year subscription to the Maintenance Portal (including licenses for Open-Xchange Server 5 and OXtenders for Microsoft Outlook and Palm OS) for 25 Named Users. - Installation support

Do i have to bye a new licence? Do i have without a new license no more updates or what?
Especialy whats about newer Versions (6.0)?
