Moving Content to another server

I have an OX-HE server running

GUI-Build: 6312
Server-Build: 6.4.0-6313

and I would like to move the OX-HE content to another machine running the current version of OX-HE:

GUI Version: 6.6.0-6606
Server Version: 6.6.0-6606

What is the "official" way to do this?

1. Copy the current configuration and packages of your old machine to the new machine.
2. Follow the update instructions to update from SP3 to SP4:
