colourcode for calendar entries, sync with iPhone?

Hello,

im quite new to Open Xchange and there are a few things my users pound me with but i didnt find a (satisfying) solution so far.

-) as we are having plenty entries in our calendar is there a possiblity to give them a colour code, something like the bar they get with the "display as" option. or is it possible to edit/add entries of the "display as" option?

-) whats the best/easiest way to sync calendar and email between open xchange and the iphone of my boss? email we most likely change to imap and let him tap into the server directly, but what about calendar?

I recommend O3SIS mobility connector which will be available end of first quartet 2009.

Well the iPhone now changed into a Blackberry. But ill look into the O3SIS mobility connector. Thanks for the hint.
