Hi,

I think:

1 - How can display only unread emails ??
2 - Search by categories
3 - Email Link to save all attachments (if the e-mail have more one)
4 - Better function (right click) "add to addressbook"
This function gets givename + surename + email into email field:
Email: "Peter Horse" <messengerous@webex.com>
5 - In Email list -> right click -> Where is Mark As ??
6 - Email linking ?? (Ohh my god!)
7 - View by conversation (i not use this, but....)
8 - Make distributions list by category
9 - Make Email by category contacts

these functions are good for nexts releases!

many thanks for your ideas and feature requests. Some of the requested enhancements are already on our roadmap for the next major release. This release is planned for the Q3 2009 and at the moment we are at the planning process for this release. Please have a look on my comments:

1: Is on the planning list for the next major release
2: We have a complete redesign of search and extended search on our planning list for the next major release
3: Also still on the planning list for the next major release

5: Is on the planning list. Currently the function is available via the Function- Panel.
6: This feature is also on the roadmap. Currently not for the next major release.

Thanks a lot for your response. I have anothers ideas for good work with OX.

1 - OX opens a new window always you would create / edit a new item. A good enhancement is could configure OX to open/edit items in the same frame of portal.
For this function is very important not lost the user ergonomy using <- and -> arrows from navigator

2 - Discard all reminders
This problem appears when you installs the oxtender for Ms outlook in a new pst with a very lot entries in the calendar.
The reminders in the screen can only accept/decline one by one. (We have a little solution "connect to the database and delete all content in the reminder table" but this is dangerous)
A good enhancement is the posibility to discard all reminders in only one click.

3 - Autosave Infostore (knowledge) as drafts.
The first, i use a lot the infostore feature. (During the day I open a new item and I am adding content)
But some times a have problems:
1-When i am out of the office, i can not access for the new item because i do not save in the office
2-Some times, i close the window thinking is and email window and lost the work

Hi Karl,

A few new features for OX6:

1 - Make Email folders to suscribe at RSS Folders
2 - Make calendar folder to suscribe at ICAL calendar
3 - Send Emails to Team group
We have some private groups. I can do make appointments and use this groups, but i can not send emails or add to distributions lists

Linking can not be remove!!

It is necesarry more easely, but not remove because is a feature unique.

For make Linking more easely:

1 - Introduces drag and drop
When i want linking, i only need drag & drop to linking icon to the PIM data. This data appears in the up of window (between search and Feedback) how recents links and i can drag & drop more PIM data at this linking

2 - Display linking object in hover
So as participants, attachments, others, Objects Linked!

A lot of users, uses Linking:
1 - Manage Sales (have contacts linked with training courses)
2 - Most important appointments (All most important appointment are linking in one with series every day)
No more appointments lost in the past!
3 - Call phone of the day (An appointment with linking all contacts pending of calling or pending for call)
No more calls lost!

A lot of users, uses linking with OX5 and OX6
