new email notifications

Hi I cannot seem to find any option in ox6.x to have email popup notifications. Can anyone tell me how I can achieve this? i.e. when I minimise the browser I want it to open a popup to tell me when I get a new email. We used to have this in ox5.

anyone? Using the newest 6.14 and still no email popup when new emails arrive.
