Questions about modules and server features

Hello, because i can't seem to get myself around your website and understand what licenses i need, could you please answer me what i need for:
50 users worth of Calendar, Tasks, E-mail, Contacts, Outlook Sync and Mobile sync (WinMobile and iPhone).

As far as i've understood i need OX:SE edition (comes with 25 users) + 25 user licenses, Outlook OXtender and Mobile OXtender. Am i right?
