Calendar view printing

Calendar View Printing feature, introduced in 6.14, is quite good, but i'd be be better if it were completed with:

Year View: print Month and Year in the top (December 2009)
Work/Workday View: print also the day (21 Monday) and Month-Year in the top (December 2009)
Day View: print whole day in year (Monday, 21st December 2009)

Yes, i see some info is printed at the title, but these are my suggestions...

Week view: "Week 52" is not very comprehensive info, i think it should be present the month, the year, and the day for each of the 7 wekkdays (Monday 21, Tueday 22,...)

Month view: print "December 2009" instead of only "December"

Day View: print "Tuesday, 22, December 2009" instead of only "Tuesday, 22, December"


And all of this i think it would be better at the top of the printed calendar, centered, with bigger fonts, instead of the title.
