Can't login with Ldap

Hello,

(sorry for my english, i'm french)

I've installed OX6 on debian with this guide :

The OX server works.

But i want to synchronize OX with openLDAP so, i've followed this guide to install ox ldap sync :

But now, when i want to connect on OX, i got an error.

I don't know what to do

Can we control the list of the users of OX ?

If OX authenticates users on LDAP, what does OX ldap sync do ?
