Hello!

Can anyone help me with a simple problem:
Is there a way to give a other user a appointment without i become the same appointment? In the Calendar function on Open Xchange Server 6.14.

I need this function to give my club members appointments.
But i will not be there.

I can delete my own name ans save, but i become the appointment anyway.

Hi,

you could solve that by using public calendar folders. There you don't need to be a participant on appointments. However, you'll still be listed as the creator of the appointment.

I think using public calender folder your problem can be solved easily.Participant of appointment is not important.Thank you
