  • 'There was an issue while authenticating..."

    Hi,

    We installed OX App Suite for the first time, so please consider my missing experience with OX.
    After installation on a fresh Debian 9 system (http://oxpedia.org/wiki/index.php?ti...for_Debian_9.0) I get this error with every user:

    Code:
    There was an issue while authenticating. This may be due to a recent password change. To continue please log out and log back in with your most current password.
    I did not setup the connection to our existing mailserver yet. May this cause the problem?

    Error Log after Login:
    Code:
    { "action": "threadedAll", "folder": "default0/INBOX", "columns": "102,600,601,602,603,604,605,606,607,608,610,611,614,652,656,X-Open-Xchange-Share-URL,662", "sort": 610, "order": "desc", "includeSent": true, "max": 300, "timezone": "utc", "limit": "0,50", "deleted": true, "session": "22d5bc7ac07c493595682740bf474dbe" } {}
    System Error Log (/var/log)

    Code:

    So if you did not set up the connection to your mailserver what mailserver is used at this moment? And does it allow login with the user and password you use to log in to OX? Seems like the login to OX is working but login to IMAP is not possible with the same credentials? This might cause an error like this.

      Thank you. Indeed it was a problem with the mailserver. First I thought I could test the OX Suite without connecting our mailserver. Now I defined the mailserver properties and it works.
