USM Access disabled after update to 6.16

    This just shows the following. I don't understand how this is related to the access problems.

    # /opt/open-xchange/sbin/report -d
    /opt/open-xchange /opt/oxldapsync/etc
    Starting the Open-Xchange report client. Note that the report generation may take a little while.

      Hi,

      "access combination" values like 31719423 or 130023423 define the permissions for users, by using bit shift you can check permissions easily. Both bitmasks imply access to EAS and USM. It seems like 27 users, those with permissions "31719423" do not have mobility access enabled. However, if it worked before i'd suggest contacting the support for more analysis on this.

        Thanks. This helped me to understand that for a couple of users some permissions were not correct. I corrected them with

        changeuser -c 1 -A oxadmin -P `cat /etc/oxadmin.passwd` -u $u --access-active-sync true --access-usm true

        Now, ActiveSync seems to work, again. But we have no clue, why this happened. We had similar obscure modifications in the database on the permissions of some shared calendars.
