    Hi Andrea,

    i don't know any option to avoid this, maybe you should get in touch with the support or professional services? Disabling mails on mass-import seems to be a very useful feature to me.

    Calendar data Migration

    Hi,
    I try to migrate all Calendar Data from our Calander tool (Lotus Notes) to OX.

    We export all events into standard ICS file, that contain all appointments ( already accepted from all user with all email notification happened too)

    Then I import into OX with GUI import feature. (with standard importer)

    If an appoinment has "end date" > "system date" , ox send a email noity to all attendee (both internal and external attendee).

    I don't found any property or flag to avoid this.

    When I import an ical file, is it possible switch off all notifications ?

    I attach an example of appointment :

    BEGIN:VCALENDAR
    PRODID:-//iCalendar Agent in Lotus Notes//EN
    VERSION:2.0
    BEGIN:VEVENT
    UID:C710D55B9C7D7C49C12576CD004C33FD!!862571630046 FEEBqq
    DTSTAMP:20100303T105700Z
    CLASS:PUBLIC
    DESCRIPTION: Description of meeting
    DTSTART:20110419T143000Z
    DTEND:20110419T153000Z
    LOCATION:Turin
    ORGANIZER:MAILTO:<a valid email address>
    ATTENDEE;ROLE=CHAIR;CN=aaaaaa:MAILTO:<a valid email address>
    ATTENDEE;CN=cbbbbbbbbbb;ROLE=REQ-PARTICIPANT;PARTSTAT=NEEDS-ACTION;
    RSVP=TRUE:MAILTO:<a valid email address>
    PRIORITY:9
    SEQUENCE:0
    TRANSP:OPAQUE
    SUMMARY:Summary
    END:VEVENT
    END:VCALENDAR

    Thank you for your advice.

    Bye, Andrea
