  • HTML & OX6

    Hi all,

    our company got some strange breakdowns:

    if i use HTML code inside mails, then OX will add some strange spaces inside the tags, e.g.:

    normal: </tr>
    in ox6: </ tr>

    sometimes behind the "/", but not always (i have a 50 row table and it accur in 2 rows).

    the next one, if i click on "reply" then there is no "clean line" between the new and the old text:

    -reply click-
    <first line here>

    hope you can tell me, when or if a patch will be released?

    Greets & thx,

    Hi all,

    die Firma in der ich arbeite hat seit einiger Zeit seltsame Fehler im OX6.
    z.B. macht OX ab und zu in HTML-Mails seltsame Leerzeichen in die Tags vom Code, meistens immer nach dem "/" -> </ tr>

    oder wenn man auf antworten klickt, hat man keine Leerzeile zwischen dem alten und dem neuen Text:

    -antworten-
    <erste Zeile>

    Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen oder mir sagen, wann bzw ob ein Patch dazu erscheinen wird?

    Danke & Gruß

    Hi,

    there have been several patches already. Please update to the latest version available to make this work. We can think about fixing this issue if it also occurs with 6.22.1. However, it works fine for me when using reply.

    Cheers
    Martin

      Hi Martin,

      thanks for your quick answer! :-)

      I contact our administrator and hope, he will patch OX as soon as possible (its a really annoying thing!).

      (i don't know, what he does the hole day )

      Thanks,

        Hi there,

        i found the solution for the "spacetags in html-code"-problem.

        It is very simple, i generated the code with a script and it not used a "CRLF", so the code is much too long and OX does it automatically.
